On 5th April 2006 Nida campsite and Nida secondary school signed a cooperation agreement the aim of which is to reveal socially relevant cooperation ideas, reveal and encourage children`s activity, find new ways of self-expression, cognise their own potentials, expand and evaluate them.

Credo of the Plein Air: “What good have you done to others...”
The first Nida Painting Plein Air was arranged in 1995. Since then friendship of world artists and Nida has been going on during the Plein Airs “Nida Expression”.
Nida campsite is one of the sponsors of this Painting Plein Air. Artists from Germany lived and worked in the campsite villa apartments during the Plein Air: Antje Fretwurst-Colberg (Dandorf), Friedrich Fretwurst (Dandorf), Wolfgang Rainke (Berlin), Vera Schwelgin (Berlin).
